President
Master Joseph Cariati, 8th Dan
Head Instructor and Examiner
of the Woodbridge TaeKwon-Do Group
Joe Cariati
is presently ranked 8th Degree Black Belt in Taekwon-Do. He began his training in martial arts in 1972 and has
been teaching since 1979. In 1982, Mr. Cariati began teaching on his own, thus creating Woodbridge ITF Taekwon-Do.
Mr. Cariati became an International Instructor with the promotion to 4th Degree Black Belt early in 1991. He is
also certified as an International Instructor and Examiner. He has travelled to many places around the world with
the Founder of Taekwon-Do, Gen Choi Hong Hi, and continues to spread the art of Taekwon-do around the world.
His drive to promote the art of Taekwon-Do has led him to become one of the leaders in Canada's most successful
Taekwon-Do schools.
Master Cariati was promoted to the rank of 8th Degree in March, 2007.
Executive Vice President
Master Craig Stanley, 7th Dan
Craig Stanley started his TKD journey in Northern British Columbia, Canada, in 1980. He received his 1st degree black belt in 1985 after moving to Edmonton Alberta. Here, he established the Phoenix Taekwon-Do Clubs and today leads over 1000 students of all ages located in 7 different club locations. During his competitive years Master Stanley managed to maintain dominance in the Alberta Provincial scene by winning double gold in his weight and belt divisions for 5 years in a row. He duplicated this feat in the Western Canadian Championships for the same 5 years.
Master Stanley organized, funded, and participated in the creation of the Legacy series of instructional products over seen by General Choi. The week spent filming the series in Banff, Alberta was definitely a highlight of his journey in TKD. He continues to ensure that the General's Legacy continues even today.
Master Stanley was promoted to the rank of 7th degree in July of 2005

Grandmaster Richard Parris, 9th Dan
After emigrating from Barbados in
1970, Richard Parris had the rare opportunity to meet one of the pioneers of Taekwon-Do, Grand Master Park Jong
Soo, and was invited to train under his guidance in 1971, thus beginning his lifelong career in martial arts.
In 1982, Master Parris was promoted to the rank of International Instructor when he earned his 4th degree. He was
recognized twice by the Province of Ontario to be honoured with the most outstanding achievement award for an athlete.
Master Parris is a 5 time Canadian National Champion and a 4 time North American Champion. He competed in the 4th
World Taekwon-Do Championships (1984) in Glasgow, Scotland, as a member and Vice Captain of the Canadian Team,
earning 1st place and bringing home the Gold medal. He traveled throughout Europe and the Mediterranean with Grand
Master Park. He has been inducted into both the North American Martial Arts Hall of Fame and the Taekwon-Do Hall
of Fame. Master Parris currently runs a successful Taekwon-Do school in Mississauga, Ontario.
Master Parris was promoted to 9th Degree Grandmaster in June, 2008.
Secretary General
Master Geoffrey Ong, 7th Dan
A well educated professional in his tertiary education, Geofffrey Ong was elected as the Secretary General of ICTF in the June 08 ICTF AGM. In addition, Mr. Ong is leading the Professional Management Team of the ICTF which is formed by a few professional individuals from the commercial field with operational, financial, and capital solution expertise as Business Advisors of the ICTF. In the commercial sector, Mr.Ong specializes in Strategic planning, Project Investment, Project Development, and Product Sales & Marketing via the commercial platform he owns in Canada and Asia. In the martial arts sector, Master Ong is a well exposed Martial artist trained in Taekwon-Do, Karate, and various styles of Chinese Martial Arts in their most original forms. His commitment to propage the ICTF globally evolves from the slogan of "This is the Federation because their is no other federation like this Federation among all the Federations. Master Ong was promoted to the rank of 7th Degree in April, 2007.

Mrs. Vivian Rocca, 6th Dan
Vivian began her training with Master Cariati in the 1980s and has been active with the Woodbridge Taekwon-Do group
ever since. She started teaching at the advancement of her first Dan and has enjoyed promoting the art of Taekwon-Do
to numerous students throughout her many years in the field.
Vivian has advanced through many different job positions in her nearly 20 year career at Bruno's Fine Foods. Her
current expertise in the Accounts Payable department is a definite asset to her role in our organization.

Mrs. Franca Facciolo, 6th Dan
Franca Facciolo is a 6th Degree Black Belt in Taekwon-Do, and the owner of Legacy Taekwon-Do (2003). She has been an Instructor for the Woodbridge Group since 1990, and is a Technical Advisor for them as well. In addition, Mrs. Facciolo is an International Instructor, International Referee, and a Certified Fitness Consultant. Her many accomplishments include Champion of multiple National, Eastern, and Provincial Championships, Team Captain of multiple Provincial and World championshpi teams, and Team Coach at the ICTF World Championship in 2007.

Master
Simard began training in martial arts at the age of five. He has had a long and successful career with many accomplishments

Umpire Committee Chairman
Mr. Winton Henry
Mr. Henry's martial arts career began with
Kung-Fu in 1985. After moving to Canada in 1991, he started Taekwon-Do at one of the first community centres run
by the Woodbridge Taekwon-Do Group. He has taught for over 14 years at various community schools throughout the
city of Toronto. In 2000 he started Swar Taekwon-Do in Caledon, east Ontario. Among his most memorable memories
in Taekwon-Do are meeting and performing for General Choi Hon Hi on several occasions.
Mr. Henry is a multi-medal winner in Ontario local tournaments including:

Mr. Henry is currently a technical advisor and the sparring chairman for the Woodbridge Taekwon-do Group.

Mr. Ryan MacEachern, 6th Dan
Ryan MacEachern began his journey in Taekwon-Do in 1983 under the Instruction of Master Yeong Chol Rhee (ITF), Mr.Philip Hollohan (independent), and furthered his education under Master Joseph Cariati VIII Dan.(ITF, ICTF)
He has competed in WTF, ITF and open TKD tournaments, and has been a member of Woodbridge Taekwon Do since 1998. He is part of the Membership and Wellness committee for WBTKDG.
Ryan began Tecumseh Taekwon Do in 1998 and is a Supervising Instructor for the Southwestern Ontario Section Of Woodbridge Taekwon Do Group.
He currently works as a Exercise Therapist at Advanced Rehabilitation Centre in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.
His training philosophy is to combine Taekwon Do, Anatomy and Physiology, Kinesiology, core stability, and therapeutic Exercises. He also wishes to promote the importance of moral culture, physical fitness, and a strong united group to make a better positive world.
