As an apology to our friends, guests, and fellow martial artists,
ICTF Malaysia is replacing the ICTF Seminar in Johor Baru with a special
Seminar in Melaka on Sept 2nd. This Seminar will be conducted
free of charge to our participants and all black belt holders are welcome to participate in it. Those who are interested in taking part in this specially organized Seminar should contact
